Burrp is a slick-looking entertainment and services app that's perfect if you live or spend time in India's major cities.
As the name suggests, the app is mainly aimed at restaurants and eating out, although there's a good selection of other services, such as clubbing, shopping and wellness. Burrp uses your location, if you allow it, so even though the app provides bunches of results when you search, you'll always get the ones most useful for you.
In order to help you find exactly what you are looking for, Burrp has an excellent search function, teamed with a great filter system, which turns hundreds of potentially confusing results into helpful suggestions. For example, when you search for Keralan restaurants, you can filter by locality, cuisine, features, price and more.
Burrp looks good, and is easy to use, and if you mainly use it for restaurant reviews it's perfect. That said, the whole app is set up for restaurants and eating out, which means that some of Burrp's filters and features aren't universally applicable - it's not much use sorting yoga centers by cuisine, for example! Burrp's great for restaurant reviews, but needs some work before it's the ultimate overall entertainment app.
